A typical Belle Air HVAC tune-up includes inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and performance checks to keep your system reliable.

• Check system operations.
• Clean drain pan and drain line.
• Lubricate condenser fan/bearings as needed.
• Inspect motors.
• Clean condenser coil.
• Check voltage of electrical connections.
• Inspect evaporator coil and filters; replace filters as needed.
• Check refrigerant charge and temperature split; add refrigerant as needed. Our maintenance plan includes two visits per year and 10% off repairs.
